How we work

No black boxes. No hostage handovers.

Every phase has named outputs, weekly demos, and an exit you'd be comfortable taking.

Discover

1–2 weeks · fixed price

Access and schema audit, pipeline and SLA inventory, interviews with the people who feel the pain. Quick wins get shipped as we find them — a diagnostic that only produces a document is half a diagnostic.

Named output: A scoped roadmap with a fixed price for the first increment, plus the quick wins already running.
Engagement models

Three ways to run it.

Same table we walk through on the first call. No numeric prices here — scopes differ; the shape doesn't.

Ranges shared on the first call — before any commitment.

Security

Your cloud. Your keys. Our checklist.

How client data is handled on every engagement — the checklist we hold ourselves to.

NDA before details

Ours or yours — signed before you show us a single schema.

Your cloud, your accounts

We work inside your VPC and your tenancy. Nothing runs on our infrastructure.

Least-privilege, time-boxed access

Scoped roles, expiring credentials, and an access log you can audit.

No data leaves your perimeter

No copies to our machines, no samples in tickets, no excerpts in chat.

Secrets stay in your vault

Credentials live in your secret manager. Never in code, chat, or email.

Offboarding with receipts

A checklist at exit: every access revoked, confirmed in writing.

Logistics, briefly.

European timezones

Core overlap 9:00–17:00 CET, with async written updates the rest of the day.

Your tools or ours

Your Slack, Jira, and GitLab — or we bring our own and hand over exports at exit.

Weekly demo, written changelog

Every Friday: running software on a call, plus a changelog you can forward.

Engagement fine print, in plain English.

Before you show us anything sensitive — schemas, metrics, contracts. Ours or yours, whichever your legal team prefers. Saying “NDA first” in your initial message is completely normal and costs no time.

A master services agreement once, then a short statement of work per engagement: scope, price, outputs, exit terms. SOWs are deliberately small because engagements are deliberately small.

Fixed-price work invoices on milestones; retainers invoice monthly. EUR by default, other currencies by arrangement. No surprise line items — if scope changes, the SOW changes first.

We say so at the diagnostic — and hand you the audit anyway. It's yours; use it with whoever you hire instead. A clean early no costs both of us a week. A dragged-out maybe costs you a quarter.

Read enough? Bring us a hard problem.

Thirty minutes, an engineer on our side, and a straight answer about fit.
