Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 July 2026

1. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of the spars.im website (the “Site”), operated by SPARSIM (“we”, “us”). They cover the Site only. Professional services we deliver to clients are governed by a separately signed master services agreement and statements of work — nothing on this Site creates a services engagement by itself.

2. Site content and intellectual property

The content of this Site — text, layout, graphics, and code we authored — belongs to SPARSIM. You may read, link to, and quote it with attribution. You may not republish substantial parts of it, or use it to train a model that impersonates us, without written permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • probe, overload, or disrupt the Site or the backend serving it;
  • submit forms with false identity information or automated spam;
  • harvest contact details or content for unsolicited outreach.

Automated crawling for search indexing is welcome — see our robots.txt, which is deliberately permissive for this domain.

4. Information, not advice

Content on this Site is general information about how we work. It is not engineering, legal, or financial advice for your specific situation, and it is not a binding offer. Claims about response times and process describe how we aim to operate, not contractual service levels — those live in signed agreements.

5. Third-party names and logos

Product names and logos shown on this Site (PostgreSQL, Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, ClickHouse, dbt, Apache Airflow, Kubernetes, Snowflake, BigQuery, Grafana, Terraform, Python, Apache Flink, Metabase, and others) are trademarks of their respective owners. We show them to describe tooling proficiency. Their presence does not imply endorsement, partnership, or certification by those projects or companies.

6. Liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties regarding the Site's availability and accuracy, and we are not liable for damages arising from reliance on Site content or from interruptions of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Privacy

How we handle personal data on the Site is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version with its date is always at this URL. Continued use of the Site after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
